However, given the strong corrosiveness of sodium hydroxide, the process parameters during the mixing process must be strictly controlled. The inner wall of the three-dimensional mixer should be made of 316L stainless steel and supplemented with Teflon coating passivation treatment to prevent direct contact between the metal and the materials. The mixing temperature should be controlled at 30-50to prevent moisture absorption and caking due to excessively high temperatures or affecting fluidity due to excessively low temperatures. In terms of safety operation, a negative pressure dust removal system should be equipped to prevent dust from spreading, and operators must wear acid and alkali resistant protective equipment.
