The open-type ton bag unloading station adopts an open frame design, which facilitates the lifting and positioning of ton bags to the support by cranes. The bottom unloading port can be connected to storage bins, conveyors and other equipment. When unloading, the bag opening is opened manually or mechanically. The material is discharged by gravity. The vibrator provided can prevent the material from caking. After unloading is completed, empty bags can be quickly lifted away for recycling. The equipment features a simple structure and convenient loading and unloading. It is suitable for the transfer and unloading of granular or powdered bulk materials in industries such as chemical engineering, grain, and building materials, offering both efficiency and cost advantages.
Working principle
The working principle of the open ton bag unloading station is as follows: The ton bags are hoisted to the support and positioned by an electric hoist, aligning the bottom unloading port of the ton bags with the lower receiving device (such as a storage bin or conveyor). Then, the bag opening is manually or mechanically opened, and the materials automatically fall into the receiving equipment under the action of gravity. During the unloading process, the vibrator prevents the material from caking and blocking through high-frequency vibration, ensuring smooth unloading. After the materials are completely discharged, the electric hoist lifts the empty bags away, completing the unloading cycle. This principle utilizes gravity discharge combined with auxiliary vibration, making it suitable for the efficient transfer of bulk materials in industries such as chemical engineering and grain.
