Product description
The dust-free feeding station is an environmentally friendly equipment for powder and granular material feeding. It solves the problem of dust flying through a sealed chamber and a negative pressure dust removal system. During feeding, the negative pressure adsorbs the dust to the filter, preventing environmental pollution and health hazards. Some of the equipment also have crushing and screening functions, ensuring smooth feeding and being widely used in industries with high cleanliness requirements such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food, enhancing safety and efficiency.
Working principle
The core working principle of the dust-free feeding station is closed isolation and negative pressure dust removal: When the materials are fed through the sealed chamber, the equipment simultaneously activates the negative pressure system. The fan-generated suction force firmly locks the dust that is raised during the feeding moment within the chamber, preventing it from spilling out. The dust is then conveyed through pipes to the filter for purification. Clean air is discharged, and an optional crushing and screening component can be selected to handle the agglomerated materials, ensuring that the feeding and dust removal processes are completed simultaneously and efficiently.
