Product description
The rotary vibrating screen is an efficient and versatile fine screening equipment, widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, food processing, and metallurgy. It uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source and adjusts the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends to make the screen surface undergo three-dimensional rotary vibration. The materials on the screen surface exhibit a spiral progressive movement trajectory. This design enables the rotary vibrating screen to quickly process powdery, granular, and slurry-like materials, achieving precise classification, filtration, or impurity removal.
Working principle
When the rotary vibrating screen is in operation, the materials are uniformly fed into the feed opening at the top of the machine. Driven by the vibration motor, the screen box and the screen mesh will generate a unique three-dimensional combined vibration. This vibration causes the materials not to simply jump vertically or move horizontally on the screen surface, but to spread forward along a spiral involute trajectory.
During this process, the fine particles will quickly pass through the sieve and become the sieved material, while the coarse particles larger than the mesh size will be regarded as the sieved material and automatically discharged from the top discharge port along the movement trajectory. The entire process is continuous and efficient, and it can simultaneously perform precise classification, filtration or impurity removal on the materials. The fully enclosed structure also ensures the cleanliness and safety of the operation.
